This error was encountered when trying to upload new photos to the images/stories/ directory using the Media Manager.
Error was caused by the Settings of the WYSIWYG Pro 3 Editor plugin.
- Navigate to Extensions > Plugin Manager > WYSIWYG Pro 3 Editor
- Expand Advanced Properties on the right hand side
- Enter new values for the multiple disk quota fields in there
- Save changes
