"How To" session for each meeting...posted prior to the meeting~ something like "SMART FLASH HEADER" (Kathy's picture module from Pinewood Medical) . . . "Learn how to use it, where to use it, and how to manipulate it." Cite the member who will be the presenter (It doesn't have to be a member)
